The heart behind the knots
The Knot Bakery grew from Gia’s passion for baking, an Italian family, and the kind of recipes that carry a whole lifetime of memories. It is a return to the basics: simple ingredients, handmade care, and creating the moments that bring people together.
That spirit comes from her mom, Eugenia—affectionately known as Mama Jean or Jeannie—a wonderfully creative cook and baker who made every gathering feel special. Today, The Knot Bakery carries on her traditions, her creativity, and the love she brought to every kitchen table.
“The best recipes don’t just feed people. They bring them home.”
— The Knot Bakery family
